Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation Policy: if the client cancels within 24 hours of the session start time, the full session fee will be charged. Re-scheduling: if a new slot can be found, re-scheduling will be accommodated. Otherwise, if within 24 hours of the session start time, the full session fee will still be charged.
