This is my personal workout programme. I've created a 12 month programme which I'll be following through 2023. I've created this to align with my goals for the year:
> To Build Muscle (Hypertrophy).
> To Increase my numbers through major lifts.
> To prepare my body for Hyrox & a Half Marathon.
> To be FIT in all possible aspects.
There are 12 different phases to this programme, one for each month. We'll cycle through Muscle Building, Total Strength, Conditioning and more to give ourselves every chance possible to be as well rounded and fit as we can.
