HYROX is a global fitness race for Every Body. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times.
I competed in this for the first time in November 2022 & these are some of the workouts that got my body ready for it.
The training programme is 9 weeks long and consists of 3 workouts per week to get you ready for the event.
